I am looking for seasonal work summer/fall ? next to impossible

Hello everyone聽 looking for seasonal work this summer but I have called all the major staffing firms (10 of them) talked to hiring managers and no one wants to take non EU nationals I even filled out 20 CV's online but the issue is they have to offer the job before a work permit is issued (form TV6_)聽 The job comes first before a permit is issued and they don't want that. Anyone knows farmers or companies who are willing to fill out that form essentially confirming a job offer ? who urgently need help with cattle farm work labor forestry or agricultural help (basically seasonal work) because its easier to get permits and they're short term !
