cancel apartment leasing contract

Hi all,

I recently signed a contract to rent apartment.

I would like to cancel the booking within 3 days but agent insist I must find another tenant.

Agent would not to find another tenant.

The leasing contract asked tenant must live there 1 year 3 months.

It is difficult to find short leasing period to rent apartment.

Once customer sign it then it become very difficult to negotiate.

I would like to ask anyone knows good lawyer to take care of this , thanks.

The apartment just finished construction this year 2023.

It attached elevator , car and bike parking space ,it has electricity charging, child play area, 1 F storage room.

Condo close to bus station , cafe shop and supermarket.

unit rental fee +car parking+ operation fee=730 monthly
