@Sarah Smaili Hi, I was wondering what Admissable means? Is it another email besides the No reply? I have never heard from anybody else about this
@TracyTracy the HR received a document from the department work & social economy saying that my application is now admissable and that they will now be evaluating it and a decision concerning my single permit will be taken within 90 days.

In Sarah Smaili's case, yes. but in general it seems we cannot be sure unfortunately.
Before this, I thought receiving the no-reply means one is admissible but now, we understand that it is not. Apparently, there is another step in which one case is declared admissible and after that, the authorities have to respond to the application in 4 months for applications such as high-skilled(in this case, their application is for a research job and it takes 3 months apparently.) It is disappointing that examining a case for admissibility could take so long and in my opinion it nullifies the point of assuming a deadline for decision making on WP and SP as it seems the authorities are just buying time for themselves by holding the applications in this stage unless there was considered a deadline for this step too.
Anyway, as I have read the timelines of other people in this forum, it seems that except one or two exceptional cases most of people have received their SP in less than 5 months, so I hope and think that Sarah Smaili will receive their SP much earlier than the 3 month deadline.
@sahosseiniee
Yes I also thought that having the no-reply meant that it is admissable and I had not seen anyone talking about this admissible phase so I was kind of confused 😅 I don't know why my application took that long to be admissible but, still happy that I got an update.
At least now I know that it is gonna take 3 months to have an answer concerning the SP.
