Hello; I have a friend (a local) that is doing just that for me. I can fwd you their info if I decide to work with them. Want to start the Pensionado count down sooner than later. Good luck with yours!

@Julien. Hello!  I'm Mike and my husband and I are thinking of relocating to Costa Rica.  We are interested in the pensioned visa.  We would want to live in San Jose, since we are wedded to the idea of cities, since they are just more comfortable for us.    I will look everything over, but I know I will have questions for the forum after doing so, probably about health care.  I've investigated private insurance, but due to our ages, the cost is pretty high.  In any case, we will be visiting San Jose in a couple of weeks and will be able to get a feel for the city to see if it right for us.

Thanks!

Hi All,

Working my way to CR soon. I’ll be on my own with my doggo. Any and all suggestions, advice, are welcome. I don’t have much of a plan yet. Going with Digital Nomad status. Wife and I have separated and CR seems like a wonderful place to arise from the ashes.

Much Luv - Alton J. [aka Diegoâ€
