@ypnation how long do you think it would take for the annexe 46
And how long did it take for you to get the work permit
@mugeebilgen how did you get to login or got access to check the status? Can u pls share the details.. cus I can only see the options for employer and it doesn't help to check the status.
@Doroman297
I'm sorry I don't know what is Annex 46. Is it equivalent to SP? If yes, I really don't know to be honest. It seems like there is no standard timeline in the processing.

@Chicks24 Yes it is a mandatory document, you need to have a accepted resignation letter from your current employer.

Have you or your employer contacted Office des Etrangers to accelerate the process?
I have got the WP from Wallonia in June and it has been more than a month that Office des Etrangers are processing. I am still waiting for annexe 46.
Hello everyone,

Now just waiting for my appointment in Italy
Good luck to everyone on the process!
Hello,
I want to know if anyone has similar situation -
My new employer filed WP for me on 29th May in flanders region and Today I got update that my Employer is in Brussels and only client is in Flanders so Regional authorities transferred my application to Brussels Region.
Can some one let me know will there be any issue with my application?
I have got the work permit 5 weeks ago and now waiting for the single permit. I saw that some people who got their WP in june already got their SP. Does anyone know what influences the processing time?
Hello,
Anyone received work permit recently?
Hello,
Need help if anyone of faced similar issue.
My work permit application was filed by my next employer on 29th May 2024 in Flanders region. I got update on 5th July regarding additional information in that Authorities asked to provide resignation letter with LWD, also they ask for clarification on - Employer is in Brussels and client is in Flemish region.
So I resigned from current employer and next employer provided 'Assignment Letter' which states that I will be working for company XYZ which in Brussels and my duties will be at client location ABC in Flanders region.
But the regional authority personal transferred my File from Flanders to Brussels Region 2 weeks back saying Flemish region in not competent.
I am really in tough situation now, what will happen to my application as I already resigned from current employer. Please suggest me something if you know anything on this.
Is anyone got residence permit recnetly in Brussels region?
I got my work permit: 14 June 2024. But I am still waiting for my SP. It already took 8 weeks, nothing useful feedback. It is so annoying !!!
Got my work permit 29 July 2024.
Waiting for my annex 46 now...
I guess I am expecting a long wait, going by what I am reading in latest comments.
We still in Europe summer holiday period, so perhaps reason its so slow?
I'm hoping I get it by September!!!
Hi. Here is my timeline:
no-reply: 31/05/2024
Admissible: 1/07/2024
The "admissible" status took more than a month from the no-reply, and I have no idea about when I will get the work permit, let alone the residence permit. My question is this: I am on a search-year residence permit from the Netherlands which will expire in the beginning of December 2024. Is there any way I could stay in Belgium till I get a response if it exceeds my NL residency? I cannot go back to my country because of war.
Please let me know if you have any info. This is starting to cripple on me.
@hejamoghtadery
I recommend you contact the embassy. As far as I know there is impossible to get visa when your local residence permit expires but your cases is special, ask embassy directly.

Contact the Belgian embassy in Netherlands, I think they will provide some advices for you. As far as I know there is impossible to get visa when your local residence permit expires but your case is special. Contact Belgian embassy.

@XZCDRMS
Have you gotten your SP? I got my WP on 20th June but still waiting for SP.
Brussels region as well.
Hi everyone,
If a work permit is for 3 years, can the single permit be issued for just 1 year? I'm asking because the D visa related to it is only valid for one year. Has anyone encountered this situation?
@Bruxelles93 yes that is correct, the visa D is only valid for one year. Once you arrive in Belgium and receive residence upon completing registration, it will be valid for 3 years starting from the date of initial work permit approval. Visa D is just a visa that you will be using to enter Belgium and legally stay until you complete registration and receive residence card.
Update:
Region: Brussels
I got my Work Authorization today 12/07/2024
Single Permit: 19/08/2024
Do you know if the Embassy keeps the passport during the application of the Visa D?
