What date exactly will the 5 years citizenship by marriage in cape Verde will take effect? I want to know is there is still chance for me in the automatic citizenship by marriage .

It took effect in August of 2023. Unfortunately, there is no longer any possibility for any foreigner to have automatic Cape Verdean citizenship by marriage.
