Hi everyone,I need your recommendations on my situation,

I am from Albania, trying to find a job in Germany, unqualified job ,from gastronomy, logistics, hotels etc

According to the Western Balkans Rule,26 paragraph if I find a job the employer should get the pre approval from the arbeitsamt and then I apply for the Visa.I have tried applying online to many places, stating my situation, they sometimes accept and then draw back when they understand my visa situation.I dont know what to do,I really need this job.Do you have any reccomandations, any suggested agency or anything. Thanks

It takes extra effort, cost and risk for an employer to even try to recruit someone from a non-EU country. For people with highly demanded skills it is a possibility, if one has all of the qualifications which very often includes having a high level of German. There is simply little to no reason for an employer to do this for you if you don't have skills. It's not about how much you want a job but what employers need and if you have something they need to offer. Do you even speak German? If not, this is likely just wishful thinking.
