Hello guys, my boyfriend is from Serbia and I'm from india and we are planning to have civil marriage first in Serbia and then fly to India for the Wedding . And it seems like i need to have my single certificate to prove that I'm not married So i was wondering whether the Indian embassy in Serbia issue single certificate to indian passport holder because due to the nature of my job im not in india . Will really appreciate if any Indian married to a Serbian would leave me some detail information of all the requirement .
