AFP withdrawl for a foreigner

Hello Forum,

I am an Indian Citizen living in Chile with permanent resident visa.

And have worked in a couple of companies in between 2017 to 2021. Now I am not working.

I want to withdraw my AFP and move back to my country.

AFP planvital says I need to submit a annexure document from both companies. But, those companies says that they can't provide it now since I left the company few years back. and the other company doesn't reply to my emails at all.

What should I do now ? what are my options?

Appreciate any kind of information/help.
