Internet connection in Addis - which solution is more reliable?

I'm making a trip to Addis in a couple of days and need some info about the internet situation. Is it possible for an individual to have access to reliable, fast internet?

Reliable = only minutes downtime pr week
Fast = not as important as zero downtime, but at least 100 kb/sec would be nice.

I've heard both EDVO (or similar) and Orange offer 3G-dongle solutions - which, if any, should I go for?

Most hotels have wifi, some free some you pay for, Found them ok. I assume you will be staying in a hotel.
