My problem is that i dont speak latvian(i will start to learn now) i speak only greek,english and little french.i was working in a company with cars as a manager for 10 years.I dont have problem to do any work.

Overall in Latvia, one could consider the job market depressed, but growing slowly.
There is a demand for skilled labour, I found an IT job quite quickly, but there was not a lot of other jobs out there. It would definitely help if you spoke LV or Russian.

I would say that the entertainment industry (bars, restaurants etc) is very much fully occupied, unless you can find a niche to fit in (I once met a British guy who found a job in a British pub).

Overall I would advise that it will take some effort to find a job.  If you can get a residence/work permit issued based on marriage instead of employment, then you can spend some time looking for work, but it's not going to be without effort.

others are saying that life and jobs in latvia are growing slowly
and others no.I have to admit that i am very comfused.

Sorry, guys, but why Latvia? Seriously. I know that crisis hit Greece hard, but Latvia is no better - only you will have documents and language problems as a "bonus". There are not as many places to accommodate all English teachers, there are only 2 (!) schools for English-speaking kids. You won't make it only on private lessons.

Plus don't forget bills - we have very cold winters and central heating price only keeps rising (doubling and tripling). No social care, nothing to support even locals, not to mention foreigners. Tourism is not that developed, prices are high. Unless you have something unique to offer and prepared to work at least 6 months without profit, you won't make it here. Or you have a job at an international company that specifically invited you as a specialist (usually it's IT, but not necessarily).
