Which areas would you suggest to live and which are to avoid as an expatriate!?

I do not know from personal experience ,because I left mine back home.But I have friends which comes here with dog. Even nobody ask for his medical,but they'll ask for you yellow fever.
accommodation I believe your company will assist you very well, as well. an 3 bedroom hose with 500 square meters land ,electricity and water will cost somewhere 10k$/month, rent to be paid 2 years in advance within Talatona=Luanda Sul. It is second most expensive city in the world ,after Tokyo.
