hello :) what do you say?

Post new topic

vmarbeth

hi, everyone.
i have been registered on this site for a quite a long time now but it was just yesterday and today i really get to enjoy and appreciate most things here.
it was a little disheartening though because i got to talk to someone who seemed to be interesting and has lots to tell about being an expatriate but stopped talking to me, thought i lied being 23yo, thought i lied being from philippines, insisted to tell me where from european country i came from, insisted of me being a language trainer, etc. and i thought (sometimes) it would be good to talk to random people you meet on the internet for the purpose of learning.
anyways, thanks to the variation of interesting topics that got me occupied when i was here. hmmm... i think i better just tone down about telling things in my mind to strangers. what do you say?

problem is you always have to be careful who you open your heart to and speak with - some people have problems.

but that doesnt mean that it should deny the rest of us the pleasure of your conversation :)

on behalf of the forums, i apologize to you.

so, how goes the planned move to vienna? any luck?

vmarbeth

@ legacy: uh uh. yeah, sure i'd do that, sir. just that it seldom happens that i'd to talk to some random people on the net and thoughts i wasn't or didn't able to partake to others just came pouring out of my mind and when put in text created just some unbelievable identity of myself.

you don't really have to acknowledge the offense, sir :) it was alright.

vienna, eh? still no luck but you see, i got this interesting book and it somehow made me realize to pursue another course, that is agriculture. let me see where it would take me. if vienna isn't for me, then other places might be.

p.s. just curious. am i being careless opening my heart and mind this time?

Some people are on this forum for the right reasons
some are on it for their own reasons

Im here for the right reasons. If u were interested in moving to Kuwait ud know

So no, ur not being careless this time around :-)

vmarbeth

@legacy: thank you for the affirmation.

oh, so staying here for good reasons? one day, i was looking for interesting and informative articles about travelling and poof, i found expat-blog among many readings.

so here i am but honestly migrating to another country as of the moment is not near possible for me. and just so you know, most filipinos don't go abroad if not to work. travelling  abroad would be very expensive if i don't work for it.  and also  i love being in the philippines especially the people to leave it. so for now, i just enjoy wandering and discovering my dear philippines. :)
