How was your Bali trip, Hailey?
I want to see some photos!
I'd like to go to Bali someday too.

It was great.  I recommend it highly.  You get a tropical island without the tropical island prices.

The pictures are still in the camera.  I'll put them on my computer one of these days.

I advise to visit MoroCCo

Too late.  The trip has already come & gone and I've even written a book about it.

How about Dominica or st. Vincent and Granidenes? Also do check other countries in South America. Some of those places are simply breath taking.

Now since you are in HK, I would look for Palau & Cooks Island. Both the places does not need you to have visa as you can get them on arrival.

How about New Zealand?

If I went to France I'd go to Paris.

Croatia- beautiful in spring and summer

I heard Croatia is a bad place to go.

Bali or Phuket? depending on ur budget as well..

how about Saudi arabia? we got plenty of sand here.

How about Vietnam? Of course, I highly recommend our country: safe, beautiful, cheap and really interesting local people...

That maybe true for most people, but I am from Nebraska USA, and unless you are really into flat farmland, college football, corn fields, and cows, I don't suggest anyone go there for a vacation. I  recommend Marrakech Morocco....or any other place in Morocco. I came for a little vacation 3 years ago, I never left.

You're right.  No one's ever recommended Nebraska.

As I can remember once you mentioned that you would love to go to Israel.

So just because it was your wish and it has happend that Israel shares boarder with my country , I recommend you to enjoy the first half of your coming vacation in Egypt.

Where, you will get to know about the ancient Egyptian culture (Pyramids & Sphinx and many others), delicious food, extremely enjoyable nightlife, Awesome sea & beaches (Sharm ELSheikh & hurghada), adventures (safari, camping, parasailing, diving and snorkeling).


Then easily you will be there in Israel, just across the boarder.

I'd rather go to Jordan than Egypt.

Your reply is off my post, as I wasn't comparing countries. I was just suggesting an option on your way to Israel.
And as you are the one who were asking for suggestions, I find your reply kind of offensive.

Anyways, the destination of your vacation is your own call.

Anyone offended that I would rather go to one place over another probably has some serious issues.

I've never even thought of ever going to Mongolia.  What do people do there besides having the sky on their heads?

I guess any person who either doesnÂ’t understand or doesnÂ’t care that even just a word can hurt others "specially if they are trying to be nice" certainly has more serious issues.
