Saying that you're offended that I prefer Jordan over Egypt is trying to be nice?  Where I come from, telling someone that what they said is offensive is not a nice thing.

I suggested for you to visit Egypt, this is, however, what i meant to be nice.

I was expecting also a reply as you did with everybody else. Where, most of the time you were replying nicely to people and you were asking them about their countries.

On the other hand, I was the only one to whom you replied that you would prefer to go some where else. Don't you think it is strange?. If it happend to you would think that is a normal thing? I don't think so.

You could just easlly say that there was nothing odd of what you said, and you meant no harm and it was just a kind of misunderstanding and it would be over.

Anyways, i just wanted to bring it up as we dicuss every thing clearly in here, I didn't think it would go that far.

Besides safaris, we have beach holiday,cultural tours at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi,the Coast - Lamu and North Coast, beautiful forests such as Kakamega forest and Mt. Kenya forest, mountaineering/hiking options - Mt. Kenya, Mt. Longonot, Elgon, Ngong hills, water sports in Sagana and the Coast, community service opportunities, rural farm tours in Laikipia and Kericho among other attractions.

I've never heard of any of that.  This is the kind of thing that just reminds me how much of the world is out there that I'll never see.

This is an opportunity for you to see at least part of it. You will like it.

Since it's been a full 3 months since my last vacation, I'm taking another one.

How about Zhaoqing in Guangdong province? Much closer to Hong Kong and you will know "money is no object" here:)

No, it is much cheaper comparing with other places. There are regular direct bus, train and even ferry between HK and Zhaoqing. If you are the kind of visitor who love to see natural scenery, you may consider going to this place.

I don't think I would consider it a proper vacation if I could take a bus.

Dont you like to visit in Sri Lanka with so much historical kingdoms,  thousands of waterfalls like misty clouds , sun shine in nice beaches or lake side, feeling the wind of dry zone, cool comfortable climate at sky kissing mountains, vast area of tea bushes, wild life, rain forests?

I can't say I have any strong opinions about Sri Lanka one way or the other.
