Hey ... The list will be ready on Tuesday as I mentioned earlier, but thanks for the reminder anyway

I don't want to change the venue at the moment, as however the list shows that around 30 persons are willing to join, I don't really know the exact number of people who will really make it to the gathering.

But nevertheless, If all of the anticipated members turn up on time and the place was not enough to accommodate all of them, we can easily move to any other coffee shop nearby.

Nope didnt suggest a change in place but yeah like you said its better to catch up at Caribou and take it from there....

By the way, how long would this meetup be?? Any time frame as such??

I would say from 7.00PM till 9.00PM should be fine for the first meet up.
