Received job in Erbil

Hi friends,
I have received job in Erbil, Iraq.
I Will be part of my current company in Iraq as country manager based in Erbil, But the company have not offered the salary package. They have asked me to select my package. As I don聮t know the life style there, What should be my requirement as a descent salary.
Taking in considration that i will bring my family (wife & daghuter 4 years old) to Erbil and what are the formalities I required to meet.

I hope will have a good time with the people there.
