What are the formalities to obtain a birth certificate?
What is the procedure to follow if both parents are of the same nationality or for a mixed couple?

Would love to share some thoughts with you..im a filipina married with a syrian guy and recently had a baby..we are actually heaving a hard time obtaining syrian passport for our child as our marriage is not registered yet in syria

He has Philippine passport what we wanted is syrian passport
Talga why?? What are you going to do with Syrian passport??? No country is going to give him visa.... for what propus?

To at least be able to visit Syria. Filipinos need visas to enter Lebanon and there is no other way of getting into Syria at the moment.
