Hi,

Hope your family is well.

It all depends on what each member needs really. If you are planning on having a baby while in Hong Kong, you might need to consider a health insurance policy that can cover her. If you're working in Hong Kong, perhaps your company has one which your immediate family can also use.

There BUPA and Medicare are quite good. You can look online for policy comparisons but the details might not be as accurate I'm afraid. I strongly suggest the help of an insurance brokerage who specialises in expat insurance. How much is your budget for insurance?

Look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
