To all this is odong from kampala,uganda .recently the uganda national examination board(UNEB) re-announced the successful online registration for Both A聽 level and O level to vercome the problem of manual registration in schools and head teachers moving from there respective聽 schools all over the country to UNEB centers to submit聽 student's documents which have been a challenge for the 6 years in the country, meaning that Uganada ia ready for ICT development of which the growing internet use is a larming in every sector of the ecomony. According to 2014 research on ugandan's ecomony , it shows that is advancing in ICT to quicken it's聽 heavy loaded day to day activities. what is your take according to this lssue.
