Reasons that make coming to live here a bad idea?

Thanks a lot!

I am considering a post there - looks like a fun place to be (love the exotic, and the food).聽 Nobody commented on the night life or cultural activities, though, guess they might be somewhat limited.

On the other hand, what would you say are reasons that make coming to live here a bad idea?
(for a single person)

It seems one would be limited airport connectivity (just saw flights to a handful of cities ()

About tropical diceases?
Nearby beaches?
