Hi there,

i see you are considering starting a commuter business in Serbia. Belgrade would be your first pick, than Novi Sad and Nis.

what kind of ITC field are you in, how many people would you hire? Setting up of a company is fairly easy, lease prices are not that high (and going down)... a good developer can be found for the salary in the range 1000-1500 Euros....
