Hi everyone. I'm new comer in this forum. I'm Indonesian and living in Kinshasa, Democratic republic of Congo (DRC).
Hobbies are the best things to kill the time. I love photography a lot. I love memorize everything in my life through my camera. but it's not easy if you're living in DRC. There are a lot of regulations of this country which forbide people to take picture in the public space. If they catch you, be ready to face the local police. Anyway, i love reading and writing. If the weather is good, I'll take a walk along the Congo River during Sunday. Sometimes, it help alot to waste the time. One thing, I just find another activity. Puzzling. When i went back to my country for holiday a month ago, I found puzzle in the shopping mall and decided to bring it here. So far, it's quite interesting :-)
I am trying to be fit, playing basketball, swimming, fishing, playing football. Since there is some restriction here in Saudi Arabia, i can not do all of my habits.
photography, indian fashion designing, painting and drawing, cooking, interior decorating, i love being creative

I love photography, writing and outdoor acttivities -- especially hunting. I'm wondering if anyone on this blog has accurate information about hunting Belize as an expat? Linda and I are missionaries moving to Belize for long term ministry. We currently live in the United States. Does anyone know first hand if I can bring hunting guns, ammo, etc. into Belize? Thank you!
Ron
Hi Ron,
You should post your questions on the Belize forum.

My hobby is in summary sports.
Right now I am doing CARDIO TENNIS!
That's a lot of fun, and you don't need to be a good tennis player to enjoy a good workout
Hi all,
IÂ’m in Riyadh, not much activities here (not much that I know of..)..
So I usually go out playing billiards with my friends on the weekends, or visit Bahrain or Dubai once in a while..
But other than that I would say my hobby is to select a random topic (be it – what’s a world bank, why and how different currencies have different values, why is the world’s tallest mountain not the highest part on earth, etc..) and research about them on the internet..
Regards,
Trevis
My favourite hobby is Geocaching. You may need to look that up, see geocaching.com It's something you can do in almost any country in the world, I combine photography, fitness, sightseeing and adventure all into one. It's great way of passing time and there are many events where you can meet likeminded people. Set up costs are minimal and it's a hell of a lot of fun for all ages.
Everybody I know who've tried it are all doing more of it.
Photography!
can never have enough pictures!
Recently i found an interesting thing to do while i feel nothing to do. It's called quilling art, the art is made by rolled up 3 mm width paper with certain lenght and you can make any shape you want with it.
Here is a picture of quilling
I love to make our family photo albums up to date, blogging, cross stitching, going to the gym every day, finding unique pieces of clothing or jewellery, antique shopping or brocanting and yes we love petanque. Wouldnt call it a hobby as such as petanque is a game we play to socialise with friends at our home in france. But we are very competitive...surtout contre les francais!!!! Haha

Also, the challege that comes with hiking to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. The beauty of the Grand Canyon in Arizona is truly inspirational.
