I was hoping to get an exact translation from o picture I took

I am trying to install a Latvian satellite system for a customer I am sure that the satellite is pointing in the right direction but we keep getting the above message on the screen and I was hoping to find out exactly what the message says whether the satellite dish Is not pointing in the right direction or the customer needs to subscribe to the channels in order to be able to watch them many thanks in advance if anybody can help

You need a compass to get the rough direction, then a satellite signal alignment meter in order to get it spot on.
You should also note, the order in which you tighten the bolts changes the dish alignment, so tighten each a little at a time, keeping a close eye on the signal strength.

I have posted the picture above but it says" link under review" so I'll have to wait for that so you can see what it says, I am a satellite installer and have not had this problem before so it will be interesting to see exactly what the translation is

Google translate has a very good feature that allows you to take a picture of text and translate it into a lot of languages.

Sounds like this "customer" should consult someone that knows how to do the job properly. Any installer worth his salt should have basic tools of the trade and know how to get a signal, along with knowing If the channels are encrypted or not.  There almost always FTA signals on any given bird, so you could tune to one of them to verify.

The channel lists for all satellites are all available on the internet, including footprints, symbol  rates,frequencies, encryption types, or if they're transmitted in the clear.

Thanks for the friendly reply you cheeky fecker, I have been doing this job for 25 years and know exactly what I'm doing, due to the fact that the customer was adamant that they pay every month and that they could not properly translate the on screen message I assumed I had done something wrong but when I went back today I found that he had phoned home and double checked only to find he had cancelled his DD and now it's working, you are so friendly here . I fully expect you to have this post deleted

If you have top end gear to do that it's far better, but any simple wide band signal strength meter will get you set up with enough accuracy to guarantee good pictures in all but atrocious weather conditions.
The audio tone is the key as, assuming you have the ear for it, it gives you more than reasonable accuracy without the need to look away from tightening the bolts in the correct order.
I've seen so many duff installations because the engineer couldn't use his equipment properly or even have a basic understanding of how the signal is received and converted by the LNB down converter.

As an off topic note, the old analogue LNBs could be used as a police RADAR detector, but that was a long time ago and they weren't all that great at the job.
