Customer service here is generally pretty great. We've never had a problem before.

There is one custom that we find a little off-putting, though. When you go into a retail shop (any shop other than the grocery store), a salesperson immediately begins to quietly follow you for the duration of your browsing. I'm pretty sure they want to assist you if you have any questions, but it feels awkward every single time. I've also gotten unsolicited advice about items, which made me feel pressured to buy stuff. So now I only go shopping when absolutely necessary.

If by after sales services, you are referring to product guarantees or returns, then yes that is sometimes available. I recommend making sure guarantees or returns apply to purchases of electronics, specifically. We've had issues with shoddy toasters, toaster ovens, and juicers. But customer service has always been very accommodating for these issues.

Cheers!
