Hi, I would like to know why the accommodation is so expensive in Manila - NCR. compare to other Asian countries with a high standard level, I noticed that the rent of a rooms, apartment is very high. What's the reason? Also, a lot of workers are not able to get a studio room, most are in bed spaces, or with relatives. Why none can not make something convenient for the middle class of the society?

If you are a foreigner, almost always dual pricing in a developing country. Developed Asian countries like ROK and Singapore don't do that, but they are expensive as hell.

Yet Manila compared to HCM or vientiane or Bangkok is overpriced. Probably due to lack of good transportation infrastructure. If that's what the market will bear.

bcs rich foreiner raise the root rent fee.....manila every high builder 95% is chinese聽 live...

in the patamic,they many goback,,, only 70% chinese,and another country 30%聽 ... the room rent just聽 only half.... reduce 50%聽聽....
