Employment pass status - "Return to Company"

Hi! I am having similar situation as Arvind. My application status shows Return to Company. I am currently in Malaysia holding 3 months single entry pass. Is it possible to exit through other countries aside from my home country?

My application was returned to the company and HR told me they dont know the reason. What can i do to check to application status online and how to know the reason that my application was returned?

@Gravitas Any advised. I am in Pakistan, my company is already applied Category 1. Noe Expatirate Service Division website is sayinf Rerurn to Company what does it means. They need more supporting docunents and if they submit how soon I can get EP (VDR)Viss reference letter from there. Pls guide me

@Gravitas Can you help me regarding EP Category 1. I got offer, they applied my visa or approval. My application submit at Expatirate Service Division, and it is showing status 'Return to Company' what does it means. They need more supporting document from company. Now they will submit after that how many days it will take process to get Visa with Reference Letter for EP. After that what i will do....
