Can I go any time to my home country

Good Morning,

If I got a job in any University in UAE as a professor can I go to my home country whenever I want or I need special permission from higher authoritiesadministration?

Depends on your contract.

All UAE labour contracts must have yearly holidays but sometimes the company requires you to submit the holiday request a month before, and it's subject to approval. But I've never heard of someone being denied it by their job. You can even appeal any kind of unjust denial.

Aside from your company, there is no special permission.
