Hi.
As an employee you can not simply apply for work visa. Seychelles only issues general occupation permits to the company, who hired you as a worker. So first you need to find & secure it. Then you will need to submit documents to the company/ employer and they will apply for the visa for you. The Company is also supposed to pay for your visa & to pay for your flights. Hope this shed some light on the situation.
