ADVICE PLEASE ...EXPAT VISITING TIRANA?
Hello, Some advice please....is it too cold to visit Astana around the 20th of March?Perhaps everywhere is centrally heated?Can you still sightsee or is it impossible?I am travelling alone and would love to hear from expats or locals regarding their suggestions and possibly meet up in Astana?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Jimmy from Scotland 🙂
It is all subjective, how can anybody know if you will be cold or not? Most people would tolerate Astana springtime averages without much difficulty.
