Did you get any response from employer if application accepted or not ? I.e. Admissible date.

Thank you for your support & All the Best to those who await their SP.

Yes but you can as if your WP is approved or file admissable or not as 1.5 months are already passed.
Hey everyone here
After a wait of 4.5 months and application being declared admissible, i received a refusal letter due to less salary. Can anyone share appeal procedure or a better option in this case? Thnx

WP is refused after application being declared admissible
Hello guys,
I would like to share my experience: I am already working in Brussels right now. I had my SP approved on 11/05/2019.
I had some difficulties with applying for a family visa. The company declined to send me the letter assuring health insurance to family members. All their documentation was ready, and only this letter was missing. So I had to get private health insurance in my country. But I did it for only 1 month, and they require it for 3 months. It worked, but I had to have this unplanned expense. Finally, we finalized the delivery of their documents on 01/08/2020 and the following day the visas were approved. That was the best solution, because if we waited more than 3 months after my visa was approved, family reunification would be a more complex process. I am now looking for a fixed residence here to receive my family in early February and be able to register for the "comune".
Hi All,
My WP got approved on 5th Nov. I inquired to Info desk about SP approval. They replied in December that my RP is approved on 22nd Nov and sent to commune.
I or my employer has not received the email with Annex 46. I visited the commune 1000 Brussels with the email the info desk team had sent and WP approval letter to renew my RP. They told that without Annex 46 they will not renew.
I have written to Info Desk again asking them to send Annex 46. Is there any other way I can check.
Please share your advise.
Regards
Akhil
Just got my SP today:
Application: 25/10/2019
WP: 14/11/2019
SP: 13/11/2019
Region: Flanders
(I was already in Belgium when I applied)
Congratulations! All the best with the future endeavours!
I have a question regarding the SP date: was it issued 13/12/2019 or 13/01/2020?
Oh sorry just realized the error. It is 13/01/2020
aamirsabir wrote:WP is refused after application being declared admissible
Admissible only means they got your papper, and will evaluate.
Your company can make an appeal, but you'll need to meet the below:
Highly qualified worker, paid more than 41,739 euro (minimal remuneration for an application in 2019) or 42,869 euro (minimal remuneration for an application in 2020), or a management position paid more than 69,637 euro (minimal remuneration for an application in 2019) or 71,521 euro (minimal remuneration for an application in 2020)
My SP was filed on 2nd Oct and WP approved on 13th Dec(i.e. after 2.5 months). Its 4 weeks now after my WP approval.
Can I contact DOFI office directly? If yes will it affect my application approval or rejection?
Actually I could not understand delay in my WP approval itself. I got query on 31st Oct to update my contract with updated salary as my start date is in 2020.
Need some advise from the group

You can ask your employer to call the office des estrangers to email Annex 46 again.
Actually, your commune can also help you contact the office des estrangers.
My Annex gone missing as well. I used these 2 channels and received the documents immediately after the phone call.

Hello,
Congratulations on receiving the SP!! Was yours a fresh application or renewal?
Hi guys,

Thanks for your help in advance!

My employer paid it for me, then I requested from him to pay it for my wife and he did, later both values were deducted from my relocation package upon an earlier agreement!
Thank you Ahmed.
And you lived in Belgium at the moment you applied for the single permit?
Yes, its a fresh application. Never worked within Belgium or in EU
For my case my employer arranged an immigration coordinator from Maps Group. Its them who paid the 358euros.

No, I was abroad, that's why there were a relocation package
Hi all

For anyone that is just as frustrated at the wait for single permit approval:
I took the reported dates posted here from the last 6 months or so (18 completed applications) and compiled a little spreadsheet to see if there is a trend.
From this, the following results (sample size is small but it does give some vague idea of the current processing times) :
Average application process time (from app. date to SP approval): 93 days
Slowest application processed: 149 days
Fastest application processed: 64 days
I hope this helps

Hi, are you moving to Belgium with your family?
I wonder if that is 1 of the factors for Single Permit?
I'm not sure if that is even indicated in the SP application. My WP was approved early Nov2019 & also waiting for SP.
