here is my timeline so far:

Region; Flanders

Submission: 02/May/2019

Application declared admissible: 13/May/2019
Work permit approved: 17/May/2019
Residence permit: waiting
Visa D: not started yet!

I am a non-EU citizen residing in France and my contract starts at the beginning of August.

Hi! Mine is about the same timeline.
My employer sent in my documents around March 17. I received my work permit (Brussels region) on April 26. I am still waiting to hear about the residency permit. I have a 6 month contract and am late starting.

single permit: still waiting (My lawyer sent remainder to immigration office on yesterday..waiting for their reply)

Ohhh...it's been more than 3 months for you since you received work permit.

Normally people are getting around 2 months.

Hope you will receive news soon.

Yah, almost 3.5 months since WP approval.

we are expecting with in 1 week. otherwise need to wait upto 22nd june for 120 days completion period.

Why don't you call them and ask about the status?

My hopeless timeline is as following:

13th march: application submitted
26th march: letter of admissibility
12th april: WP received

Waiting for RP and then VISA (I am an Indian passport holder, working in Madrid, so I guess my situation is worse and complex for the authorities to handle ).

Usually my employer (relocation agency) used to drop mail to immigration office for status.

Finally I received my Single permit on 5th June. It took almost 4 months since date of document submission. Below are the timelines in my case:

Submission date: 15th Feb 2019
Date of Acceptance of application: 1st March 2019
WP Approved: 23rd March 2019
Single permit: 5th June 2019

Roughly 3 months since the date of formal acceptance. The 120 days timeline is also calculated from this date as given in below link:

Now the contribution fee to foreign office has been increased from 350 euro to 358 euro and for spouse from 200 to 204 euro.

So anyone has paid extra amount to foreign office? If yes then can you tell me what is the procedure?

still no update.. as of today 120 days fro the date of application.

work permit approval date: 26-Feb -2019. So need to wait upto 26-june 2019 for the final decision.

getting very frustration about the new rules and WP procedures. for other EU countries i think not that much difficulty,. I have been Germany last year on WP. I got VISA with in 2 weeks of time.

As I know 120 + 15 days starts after you take approval of your documents applicable.

Hey, you have to ask your future City Hall in Belgium. They can assist if they accept you with current documents or Visa is needed.
