Thanks For your answer . This question was posted about 7 months back . Now we have dependent visa of Angola . It’s absolutely true . The immigration department of Angola is very unsystematic . It has taken more than 3 months , till we get passport no one knows where is application even counselor too .
I would suggest everyone who is seeking dependent visa for Angola , should apply in advance.
