Thank you sir for your reply. I got the new job offer and resign to them. 7 months working with them and telling me they will not give release even I send letter to post office. I feel very worried coz Iam planning not to come on duty after of my 1month notice. I know they will put me on trouble. 😥😥😥😥

Well you are not eligible for mobility without consent.  So I suggest to share with LMRA the efforts you made to resign - so that they don't mark you as absconding.  And also file a case with MOL.

Can be between 2 to 5 months.

So sir it's not possible for me to join other company while the case is ongoing process?

Not possible unless the visa has been cancelled or transferred.  Case is a separate matter.

Good day everyone. I just want to ask something about my resignation letter I've been sent to post office. I've sent my letter for july-17th and still not receiving my pink card also. I follow up my letter to post office and staff told me, "post delivery people told office closed he will come early morning around 7.00 am -7.40 am came and go...but our office opening for 8.30 am now   23 days gone... yesterday again i will check postal office  customer care he told you your post return back for you 17 august like that told  in that situation my pink card with out sign valid for LMRA for mobility release it will be possible KINDLY ADVICE ? 

Take the receipt showing that delivery was refused.
