information on getting a residence card in Benin republic

I am interested in getting a residence permit in Benin republic, I already have the certificate of residence (attestation de residence), however I was told that I now need to apply for a residence permit, I found the website of the DEI (Direction de l'脡migration et de l'Immigration) and the requirements to get a residence card are as -Attestation of medical examination: dating less than three (03) months, issued by a doctor from the Health Center of the Republican Police located in V锚doko in Cotonou

-Extract from the criminal record of the country of origin or last residence: dating less than three (03) months.

-Costs of compiling the file (an amount equivalent to the fees in force on the date of the request: see costs)
-Consular card (photocopy)

Does anyone know the estimated cost of getting these? Any Beninese here who can help me with some more information?

Je souhaite obtenir un permis de s茅jour en r茅publique du B茅nin, j'ai d茅j脿 le certificat de r茅sidence (attestation de r茅sidence), mais on m'a dit que je dois maintenant demander un permis de s茅jour, j'ai trouv茅 le site internet de la DEI (Direction de l'脡migration et de l'Immigration) et les conditions d'obtention d'une carte de s茅jour sont comme -Attestation d'examen m茅dical: datant de moins de trois (03) mois, d茅livr茅e par un m茅decin du Centre de Sant茅 de la Police R茅publicaine situ茅脿 V锚doko en Cotonou

-Extrait du casier judiciaire du pays d'origine ou de la derni猫re r茅sidence: datant de moins de trois (03) mois.

-Co没ts de constitution du dossier (un montant 茅quivalent aux honoraires en vigueur 脿 la date de la demande: voir frais)
-Carte consulaire (photocopie)

Est-ce que quelqu'un conna卯t le co没t estim茅 de leur obtention? Des B茅ninois ici qui peuvent m'aider avec plus d'informations?
