Hello friends, The Migrations Directorate has recently decided to allow foreigners apply for Permanent Residency from their home countries through Registered Service Providers and a duly legalised or apostilled Power of Attorney. They decided upon this due to the fact that the Paraguayan borders are still closed and we don't have an estimate date for reopening.
