With very little covid testing taking place , outbreaks are mostly going unnoticed. Less than 100 deaths in the last year indicates a high level of immunity to infection. I am fully vaccinated so that is not an issue for me. I don't want to be in lock down when I arrive or be limited where I can go and the every changing plan or a lack of a plan offers no confidence...What is the feeling when travel and a some what normal pace will happen or not happen?

The government plans to start vaccinations, soon. But as in mist countries, they are behind schedule. The original plan was to start in April. The Thai people can now register for a vaccination.
Privat hospitals are allowed to sell shots from June on and I probably will take this opportunity.
I assume, that Thailand will open for tourists around October - at least for vaccinated people.

You asked about thoughts on travel resuming .That's a very broad question. It's basically like saying how long is a piece of string. Nobody can predict and unpredictable situation.

I genuinely hope there is no policy for mass vaccinations. None of these vaccines have been thoroughly tested. They are all being made available only under Emergency Use Authorization, with no long term testing and all manufacturers shielded from liability. Would you want a car from a manufacturer who threw something together in his backyard and was shielded by the government from liability?

I have heard the complaints of too many women complaining of menstrual irregularities after getting vaccinated. And almost nobody escapes the second shot without becoming extremely lethargic at a minimum. The VAERS database has thousands of adverse reaction reports, and these are only the ones reported. In my opinion, the vaccine is more dangerous than Covid. You are, of course, welcome to participate in this medical experiment if you desire, but please do your own independent research. Do not just listen to mainstream media and do what you are told. I do not want to see the government push this experimental gene therapy on an underinformed populous.

Also remember that nobody should be coerced or forced to accept this vaccination. It can be offered on a voluntary basis only.  The protocols for medical experiments on humans were firmly established at Nuremberg.  So if you believe strongly that this vaccination is necessary, just remember there are others who do not share your values, and you have no right to force your beliefs onto anyone else.  I can show you just as much science in support of my position as you can show me in support of yours.

Very well written and I 100% agree. There is something very suspect going on with mainstream media, as well as organizations such as WHO and UNICEF.
There are now ways to safely destroy viruses in the air and on surfaces that are backed by significant scientific research, yet these are censored and blocked.
Imagine how much safer hospitals would become at slowing down the speed of Covid and other viruses if they are destroyed in the air as soon as someone coughs or sneezes.
Schools could be made safe to reopen if classrooms are kept Virus free.
We are living in a sick world when some sick hidden agenda is costing so many lives.

I didn’t want to get vaccinated till this new viarance came out. I was afraid of being a research rat. But now it’s seems that if I don’t get the shot I won’t be able to travel. My wife and I are in our 70’s we are both healthy we love traveling and we are pretty sure there will be a lot of restrictions for us if we don’t get the shot. So at this point we are willing to take the vaccine in hopes that it will give us our freedom to continue our lives. If we get another 10 years of healthy life we would be happy. What ever side effects we get from the shot we will have to learn to live with. Hopefully it won’t be to challenging for us.

A very well written article with some sensible replies!! Yes this entire Covid virus scenario has some very eerie & sinister undertones to say the least. I have done considerable research and read numerous articles from credible & medically qualified people and there are so many parts to our current situation that are not what mainstream media are telling us they are!  I know there are conspiracy theory's all over the internet which sort of down plays the truth which I guess is a well thought out strategy to confuse the majority of the population. All I can say is do some research with an open mind and don't just take for granted what mainstream media are telling us or some of the wild conspiracy's that are out there.
Why would you want to take a mostly unknown vaccine when there are tried and proven drugs available that have since been taken off the market, you have to ask yourself why would this be the case?
Scientists and medical people have been studying the Corona virus since 1999, between now & then a patent was taken out on the virus on 2 separate occasions and 15 years apart and as late as 2018. The 2nd application was requested to remain confidential, taking a patent out meant that mainstream scientists & medical professionals were unable to study the virus or develop a safe and proven vaccine, only those of a certain institution who held that patent!
In the mid 2000's due to concern by the US medical profession & the powers that be US researchers in the US were told to halt all further studies on the Corona Virus.  WHO funded the Wuhan Laboratory in China where research continued.
In 2018 there were more reported global fatality's than in 2020, need I say more???
