@XTang
Hello,
Getting the medical fit certificate attested from the agent , he is covering these four things
1. Notory Attestation - India
2. Sub divisional magistrate - India
3. UAE Embassy Attestation - India
4. Ministry of foreign affairs - UAE
After this, is this attested fit certificate good enough to show it to medical team that the scar is from covid , or do we also hv to send this certificate to ministry of health in UAE to get noc and then show it to medical team.
Pls revert ðŸ™
Follow what the agent is saying. But keep in mind that all of these attestations does NOT mean that the medical team will accept it.  Just manage your expectations.
@XTang
But it will also be helpful to keep this attested fit certificate along with covid discharge summary and tb gold quantiferon test which is negative. Then the chances are good to get the visa , Right ?
I really can't say. It depends on each individual case. I have seen cases with very little evidence get through and others, with piles of evidence, get rejected. Â
@xtange
It means if we apply for reconsideration based on attested medical reports. Will they entertain the case or simply will reject on basis of unfit report.
Hello, i read in the threat the case about rhe lady who was infit for work visa but wants to apply again for spousl visa. i also rrlead online expats can bring their spouses wirh old tb scars since 2016?
@XTang can tb ban be lifted by husband or wife,and is it possible to get a spousal visa after the ban have been lifted?
@XTang does having a permanent ban due to old tb also impact your transit visa if travelling to some other country via UAE?

It impacts anything which requires you to enter the UAE i.e. pass through immigration.

I have answered this hundreds of times on these forums. Use search. Spouse visas are not an issue re: TB anymore. Only work visas are.
Hello if you recieved re test this will be blood and xray again ? or imm deportation
@arejhay17 just go to the muhaisnah MFC block 7, the doctor will talk to you and will give what test to be done.

@arejhay17
Hi
can you please suggest me that, i am from india now , i have employment visa medical test next month and i have mild scar which is of not from TB. can i get FIT in medical?
@Phaniprocess if there is scar in xray. they will issue unfit report even your sputum and tb skin test is negative. Although its not justifiable but this is what you have to face. Its better to do these test in private clinic in uae then go for govt medical.At least you will have something to prove them wronge.
This is 7 days still waiting for my re test result… i dont know why this take so long… if what will happen now for me ?
@XTang Good day, I was in Dubai anf medical fit. But I went back to my country after work but I got ptb and healed but scar remains. Can I reapply for a work again? Thank you
@112212chelle you can apply but the medical application is treated as new visa, you said you have a lung scar if the medical fitness center detect that scar you will be repatriated and ban from the country.
Hi there, i am moving to Dubai in 2024. i previously lived and worked in dubai for 5 years. my visa dhring these five years was granted with lung scarring visible (not due to TB). do you know if i will have any issues getting a visa this time with the new rules (i assume my lung scarring is still present).

@AVSP don't worry about it.. if you have still in doubt TB is still in your lungs go to the DHA hospital and get a test there if its negative.. you can apply the jobs and get the visa.. during x ray if they will found scars they will send you for TB test to upper medical center from there you will get the negative report as well and you can submit same for further processing regarding visa
@Rahul98 good day, is it possible for new visa? Lung scar but negative and inactive. Thank you
Explained this many times. Lung scar doesn't matter - what they diagnose it as, does. So if they diagnose it as old TB, forget about the visa. Basically it is a risk that you take without a guaranteed outcome - any reports or doctors opinions or quantiferon test taken in Dubai itself (at your own cost), may help change their mind if the scar is not a clear cut TB scar.
@112212chelle yes you can get new visa.. if your result for TB will be Negative or Inactive
@XTang hi I'm currently working in dubai for 5 yrs now. I check my xray cause im planning to move to other company and they found a scar from my old pneumonia. Is this will be problem or they will still grant me for new visa since I was working here already. I read some article here from before that they are not strict with old employee with this case.
thank you
If you are switching visas, then no issue. If you cancel your visa and leave UAE then it will be a problem when you want to come back.
@XTang thanks for the reply.. yeah switching visa only but they will still ask me for xray correct?
@dhoyzmallari I think if you get job within the grace period after quitting first job no need for xray only blood test.
But if you go back to your country and come back or you join company in going visit visa status then you have to again for xray otherwise blood test.
@Xtang confirm this.
