Hi guys plz help how can I check my application's status without the help of my employer,聽 i found in the user manual that applications could be in the one of the below statutes. My applications was submitted on 10th Sept and till date no information of any kind of approval, on checking with the employer they say they dont have any updates and asked me to wait more and dont compare timelines with others. I dont know what to do

Tracking the status of my request
The various statuses are:
飪� Newly submitted
飪� Ongoing at Region
飪� Eligible
飪� Extra information requested by Region
飪� Extra information provided by the requestor
飪� Positive decision employment
飪� Negative decision employment
飪� Not eligible 飪� Ongoing at IO
飪� Discontinued 飪� Payment of fee not OK
飪� Decision postponed
飪� Extra information requested by IO
飪� Negative decision Residence - Annex 48
飪� Positive decision Residence - Annex 46
飪� Positive decision Residence - Annex 47

and for some reason If my application is going to reject, does it take 3 months + to reject an application??

On which site you find the above details. I dont think that there is any tracking system of聽 single permit.

yes there is a site and you can download a pdf manual from it where I found this detail, but thats mostly for the employers I guess.

May be employer can check status, but my employer said that we can't check the status of single permit.

what is the timeline of a rejected application? does anyone know?

No you can not check the status of work permit. You can send聽 an email to infodesk@ibz.fgov.be and ask them

From what I know, the review processing time is legally set at 135 days max.聽 聽If no decision, it will be auto approved.聽 What status does your employer see on the application though? They need to login to some portal to see I think.

Work Approval: 9th Dec
Annex 46: waiting

New applicant from overseas..聽 There was added stress for me as I already resigned and cannot stay for long on the current country I am in.聽 Fortunately, I got this on time.

Hello guys I have a good news, just informed by my employer that my work permit is approved and on the top of that I have got my SP/annex 46 also with my WP approval.
I have got 3 pdf documents sent by my employer.

Application date 9th or 10th Sept.
WP with Single permit- 10 Dec (exactly after 3 months)

I got:
a document, called 鈥� annex 46鈥� (i.e. your single permit authorization);
the approval confirmation from the regional authorities. (work permit).

2 documents - Flanders. I dont see how you have 3..

Every application is a case and different case managers/handlers are being assigned to the cases.

More than a month? Should not be. You should ask your employer to follow up.

Thank you for remanding me that is not normal. Today I contacted with my case manager. She said there is a missing document which is asked 13 days ago via platform and it is needed to be provided within 2 days otherwise the application will be refused.

Selam! Now that they were late in submitting the requested document on time, how would it affect your application? Did you discuss it with your employer?
