That’s great news, it looks like Immigration Office process is shortened - less than 3 weeks.

Good for you! My WP approval date is exactly the same, but still no news. Hopefully soon!

There is new update in Economic Migration Department website that the processing time is nine weeks, earlier it was 10 weeks. Hope the the backlogs are getting reduced and processing time may reduce.

What was the issue with the Medical Certificate

Medical Certificate given to me by my HR was a colored Printout form both in English and French however the medical form required by authorities was only a normal French one so they didn't accepted it even though all the contents in both forms are similar.

Hello everyone,

Region: Flanders
Application: 7th Oct 2021- no mail from social security

My employer had difficulties with the web portal of Federal Public Services, so I assume my WP approval as 10th Feb.

Any idea how much time it will take until Annex 46?
And is there a mail address I can ask this?

Thanks

Maybe ask the HR of your company to contact the responsible department in Flanders.
Good Luck 🤞

Hello guys just a question, and it may seem a bit stupid. Is there any difference to the work permit being admissible and approved or are they the same thing? I got an email from my future Belgian employer (Flanders) a PDF file (Ontvankelijkheidsmelding_aan_aanvrager-SP) and I'm not sure if this then indicates that my work permit is already approved or admissible or if there's any difference between those two.

Timeline:
Single notice email : 9 November 2021
WP Approval? : 17 February 2022 (submitted additional requirements from employer)
RP : waiting

And is the shared file of your approved work permit a PDF file with a file name (Ontvankelijkheidsmelding_aan_aanvrager-SP) ?

arunpecchem2489

Only the employer has the access to the portal.

So basically the PDF file that employer sent me is different to the official work permit approval?
