Employment visa is in grace period.

@mmasim you will only need another extension if LMRA sends back the application for any further additional information or documentation after the expiry of grace period. Otherwise if all documentation is correct and LMRA approves the visa submission, then the visa will come out without any further extension even if it exceeds the expiry of grace period. For a guaranteed submission without risk of application being sent back, Sponsor must include

1. Your clear PP copy

2. Clear contract in Arabic or bilingual. English only will be sent back

3. Latest EWA bill, older will be sent back

4. Mobility Transfer which is the main reason from most Sent Back applications

5. Grace period receipt.

I hope this clarifies your question.

All the best with your new application.

Hi there, I'm wondering it's possible for me to access medical facilities in Bahrain while the status of my visa is in grace period! (Not cancelled but fey days to it's expiry date) I'm currently not feeling well but I'm thinking that maybe if I go to the hospital I may not be attended to due to the status of my visa. Kindly advise

Should not be an issue

@XTang .. Hello brother please help  me to know this, I am working in Bahrain from 1 last year, My visa has been expired on 28 Sep , Today is 15 Oct, The previous company has offence on their CR so they told me that they'll fix it in some weeks, And I got offer letter on 10 oct for new work, I accepted offer letter , My old employer has no issue in that , And i have provided my documents to new employer for visa processing. My Concern is that Will I able to get my visa valid through new employer after the expiration of my visa, And I think it'll be 30 days on 28 Oct (one month of visa expiration). What should i do dear.  If my visa status doesn't get valid before 28 oct should i go to lmra and extend more stay time??

And Is my new employer able to apply for my visa after the expiration of my visa

Thank you , hoping for your response

@XTang . Hello , please help, I m working in bahrain from 1 last year, My visa has been expired on 28 Sep 2024, Now is 15 Oct 2024.

My company has offence in their cr, they told me that they'll fix it in a week , But I just got Offer letter for new work, And my old employer has no issue in that, I got offer letter on 10 oct and I handed my documents on 12 Oct for visa processing to my new employer.  My question is that My new employer is able to process my visa after the expiration of my employment visa? Its been 16 days when visa expired .

And other concern is that It'll be 30 days after the expiration of my employment visa on 28 oct. If my visa status didn't get valid before 28 oct should i have to go lmra and get 30 days stay time?

I am really at the hard situation ,no one is near me to help , I really need sone guidance please.

@logicalindian ,,, no its not in processing , it expired still , Idk when it will be in processing period.

logicalindian

Once a visa is cancelled, you have a 30-day grace period to leave the country, during which your status will indicate "grace period." However, if it states "expired," this means you have surpassed the grace period. In this case, you could visit the LMRA, explain your situation, and request an extension. If they do not grant it, unfortunately, you will need to approach the NPRA, settle any fines for overstaying, and depart the country as soon as possible.

Gurpreetajakk

@logicalindian , Yeah The visa is expired beacuse i told my old employer to not renew it, Ihave not any kind of grace period, I am asking that my new employer will apply for my visa, will there be an issue?? Could my new employer process my visa after the expiration of my visa?

logicalindian

Cannot say, if they have a good pro it may go through. I'm just stressing the point here if they are notable to process your status is illegal as of now and you need to exit the country at the earliest after paying dues to NPRA. Also we have seen many cases where once you have stayed beyond visa expiry coming back to Bahrain is very challenging.

Gurpreetajakk

@logicalindian , can i extend more stay through lmra until my visa get valid?

logicalindian

I cannot say for sure, visit LMRA and check.
