My case almost takes three months, and as far as I know, that is under investigation, which means we have to be patient.

ok thank you, i know well that the procedure takes time even more than 3 months to get the RP but what makes me stressed that most of the people got their wp in first time (in a month more at least) that's why聽 I wanted to inform if there is someone who has the same situation as me. thanks again and good luck

@wejwess I think three months between the no-reply email and getting WP is an extremely long time, according to dofi.ibz.be. You can request your employer to ask the region about that.

my employer does not give me any information on this subject, he told me that he has no idea and that we have to wait, that's all 馃様

@wejwess Do you have your file number for the WP request? You could try contacting the commune yourself and inquiring.

You may send an email to check the status of your wp to your regional employment office (Economic migration office) , give possible information so that they can find your file.

Dear All,

a question to those who applied for visa D recently.

it is mentioned in my annex that the decision to grant a single permit has been sent to New Delhi embassy. Do I need the VFS appointment from New Delhi only or can I go to VFS Mumbai too?

what documents are necessary for raising the visaD. My employer notified me that I need a passport, WP and annex to raise it. However I read that same documents are needed for a 鈥淯nique Permit鈥� and a medical certificate and PCC is also needed for 鈥渙ther than Unique Permit鈥�.

can someone clarify what exactly I would need? I already submitted my medical certificate and PCC while raising single permit, but I did that from italy not india.
