Hello everyone

Prevoius week was kinda empty. Either people didn't report here or they didn't issue any RPs.
@Al_brx thank your for your reply. It's taking forever even for work permits.
-@dakam11180
Mine was applied on 11 nov (flanders) i got my WP on 23 of Dec. I'm awaiting for RP on current week
@Al_brx I have almost the same timeline, I applied on November 9th and get the WP on December 23th, I hope we get it this weekðŸ™ðŸ¼
@Al_brx Has your employer informed you that you have obtained a residence permit?

Asking for a friend:
I have received the annex 46 document and preparing for the visa d process along with my dependent wife and kid. I would like to know about the administrative fee or the contribution fee which you have to pay. Can someone share their experience?
@Al_brx The region is far from where I live but thanks for askingðŸ™ðŸ¼
@arjunprasad2143 you can find information on the admin fee on the . Note however that if you are applying for a Visa D from your home country, the embassy or consulate might also charge a separate fee.
@Zaza00 Thank you for your reply. In my case, the fee was paid by my employer and I paid the fee for my dependent wife.
But for my friend, the employer has not confirmed anything from their side for his application. so he's worried about his application getting rejected because of non payment of contribution fee.
@arjunprasad2143 hi. is it really possible to apply Visa D and dependent visa at the same time? i want to know if its possible because i will also apply for my husband & 2 sons when my annex 46 arrived. thanks
@djpalace2000 yes. It's possible. you can check this link for some detailed explanation. It was helpful for me.

@arjunprasad2143 has the employer already committed to paying the fee?. They do not always. If they did I'd recommend your friend to follow up with them and ask if it was paid. I had to submit proof of payment of the fee with my visa D application so your friend my request that as well
@biotechnology99 my work permit was received on 5 décembre ( no reply mail on 13 octobre) and i'm still waiting for RP, its becoming really stressful
@Esra SUCU
My documents have arrived, but I can't get an appointment with vsf global closed I called the consulate says apply for a visa these things take a really painful time
@yamackadir You need to make an appointment here:https://visa.vfsglobal.com/tur/tr/bel/book-an-appointmentbut unfortunately you can find it for 1-2 months later And I think the appointment system is opened every 2 months, it is useful to check the system from time to time, good luck
@Esra SUCU
Life is about overcoming difficulties. Don't stop it nice to struggle keep going 👌ðŸ‘
Hello everyone,
I see that people are using abbreviations as WP and RP.
I am not sure what you are referring to here. Normally work permit and residency permit are one permit (single permit) when you mean RP, are you referring to obtaining the A card from your city hall?
Or RP when you receive your Annex 46 (single permit) and WP is when FOD finds your application okay and sends it to vreemdelingenzaken?
Thanks for the clarification...

Single permit contains 2 parts. 1st of all you get a Work permit from some Labor authorities after that you get Residence permit (from immigration office)
@mjzk
before 2020, the procedure was slightly different, the employer asks for approval from region for employing a foreign worker and in return you will receive a blue card called 'Work Permit', you go to the commune with the work permit (Blue card) to apply for approval of residence and then you receive residence permit (A card)
that's how the word WP is still in use.
with the single permit procedure , it is 'work authorization' !

Hello. Can u pls tell on what date your employer informed you about WP and RP. And what date of issuing are on these documents?
For example on my WP PDF file there is 23 Dec but i was informed on 27-th of Dec
After three months of waiting, my employer called me yesterday and said I needed to return to my home country to complete the application because my ID had already expired. Has anybody had the same experience? Or anybody knows anything about rejection because of nationality?
@Sadegh Darvishi Are you extending existing Single Permit or it is a new one? Did you receive annexes to have it as an identification document while you are waiting for a decision?
@karthick_ thanks for the definition.
My application timeline then was as follows:
Application: 20/11/2022
Work Authorization: 08/01/2023
Annex 46: 07/02/2023
Region: Flanders
It was my 3rd renewal of my single permit (therefore last one since I will apply for L card in some months).
Good luck to everyone here!
@residencecuriousity
This is my first time, and didn't receive any documents.
I found a job during my orientation year, and the employer gave me a permanent contract. They even send some questions regarding my situation in my workplace and why they want to hire me as my manager. My supervisor said we closed a very good file for you, but the decision was not good. The company that sent my application said they had already rejected a lot of Iranians.
I was very optimistic that I live in a country the human right exists, but naaah they think about their benefits.
@Sadegh Darvishi When did ur permit expired and when was your single permit application filed? Was your work permit approved from work authorization? If that is the case you should have taken annex49 from the commune. Without any legal document you are considered to be an illegal person here atleast that is what I have heard.
