Which are your 10 favorite places to go out in Luanda to meet people?

Which places would you recommend to newcomers? (restaurants, pubs, discos, theaters, cinemas, concert halls...)

hi, i would suggest in ilha nice restaurant by the sea and few bars around the area.Around 6-9pm its a bit quite but after that its getting really聽 busy and the traffic goes bad.

i rarely eat out in Luanda because of the way they handle foods in the restaurant but would love to meet and have good english speeking cmpany... for an evenning of
drink 6-9pm
