Internet connection in Ougadougou

Hi all,
Can anyone direct me how to get a good internet connection in Ougadougou? Wirelees and cyber caf茅s? Have tried with sim cards with my ipad but it's very slow, no 3G. The cyber caf茅 I know at the post office is not better. Some tips?
