You have make a certain number of posts before you can use the PM system. This applies to everyone and is done to keep spammers out.

In order to unblock your private message, you need to be active on the forum, with that said, you should not post unrelevant things, or use this site as a dating site. You will be banned if so.

Help  expatriates, those in your area requiring information would be a great start.

It will automatically unblock depending on your activity.
