Hy I have married to Ethiopian national, and we had a baby recently. we would like to apply for passport of my country, which i will get in 3 days from my embassy here in addis ababa. Now my question is, if my baby got passport/citizenship of another country but by virtue of her mother being Ethiopian, will she qualify for any kind of residence permit from Ethiopian Immigration.
yes ur kid can have that or any right as he is considered Ethiopian until he is 18 and got chance to chose to stay Ethiopian or chose to be ... if he chose to have other nationality then the constitution takes his nationality. but like i said he got to be 18 to go though this process.
