Setting of a business in Tana

I am planning a trip to Madagascar during the month of July or August and the purpose is to investigate the need of an engineering business in Tananarive, I am presently running my engineering business in Johannesburg, South Africa, which I would consider to relocate.

Can anyone in Tana assist me or suggest any ideas or could put me in contact with companies or people that would need that kind of business.

What kind of Engineering works you are looking in Madagascar ?
Engineering means Manufacturing or construction or other ?

Only Multinational companies can pay you, (as on today) no local demand at all.
