Hello,
Customer service is almost absent among Mauritanian business. Eventually they will realize its value for long term brand success.

Hiiii,
I really do believe that is one of subjects that Mauritania is in extreme need for it.
My experience in Mauritania can be reduced in one sentence: I dont think there is any concept like customer service generally in Mauritania.
