Americans in the Moroccan Job Market

melrharraz

I am a Moroccan American professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. I have worked with international organizations and big 4 with a variety of specializations from Mortgage, Fintech, to consulting. I speak 3 languages and hold a BS in Finance and an MBA.

First off, it is very difficult to build a professional network or even get the opportunity to speak to companies directly, unless you have good internal contact. Second, the majority of Morocco's professional job market is still dominated by the French language.

What is the solution to integrate and land a job in this market?

Hello, I have moved your thread to the Morocco forum since you are looking for a job in Morocco. Members who have made the move and found a job might share some tips with you.

While waiting for their response, feel free to read the articles of the Living in Morocco guide for expats, in particular articles under the work section. You may also create your CV in our Jobs in Morocco section and contact Recruitment Agencies in Morocco listed in the business directory for assistance.

All the best
